We are a registered company with headquarters and main offices in Kenya’s Capital – Nairobi under the Kenyan local website url primefabricators.co.ke. Having partnered on projects with some of Kenya’s biggest companies such as Tatu City, Isuzu, and many others, we begun having clients from different countries visiting Kenya to exhibit such as Inverex Global, Dyness, Cargolite and many others; with expertise and precision have been able to deliver and leave our clients happy resulting in referrals among other major companies/entities

What painting services do you offer?
We provide full-scope professional painting solutions across Kenya, including residential interior and exterior house painting, commercial office repainting, wall master and wood staining or cabinet refinishing.

We conduct quick site visits across Nairobi, Kiambu, and surrounding areas to inspect your walls, take accurate measurements, and provide a clear, transparent cost estimate with zero hidden fees.
Do you supply the paint and materials, or do I need to buy them?
We offer both options. We can provide a comprehensive supply-and-apply package using premium, long-lasting paint brands (Duracoat, Crown Paints, etc.), or we can provide expert labor and surface prep tools if you prefer to supply your own paint.
We normally advise to supply with both paint and labor to avoid getting low quality paint that will take longer to apply and is not durable.
Do you handle wall repairs and surface preparation before painting?
Yes, thorough surface prep is a key part of our process.
We repair wall cracks, fill nail holes, treat damp spots, sand rough surfaces, and apply specialized primer/undercoats to ensure a smooth, durable finish that won’t peel or chip over time.
How long does a standard house painting project take?
Project duration depends on the scope and size of the building. A standard 2 to 3-bedroom residential interior typically takes 2 to 4 days, including sanding, priming, and topcoat drying times. We establish a clear project timeline before starting work.
The quality of the wall surface is also a great determiner due to surface preparation before painting begins.
How do you protect my furniture, tiles, and belongings while painting?
We treat your property with complete respect.
Before opening any paint cans, our crew covers all flooring, furniture, windows, and fixtures with heavy-duty plastic dust sheets and painter’s tape. We clean up daily and leave your space neat upon project completion.
Do you offer commercial and office painting outside normal business hours?
Yes, we provide flexible scheduling—including weekends, night shifts, and holiday hours—for commercial offices, retail shops, and corporate buildings to ensure zero disruption to your daily operations.
